NO! None of the services are painful at Black Bella Spa & Wellness center. We use modern spa equipment to provide you with amazing results that you deserve and desire.

We deliver result & relaxation during each session. Most treatments are so relaxing that you may catch a short nap.

Is this dangerous? Is this treatment safe?

All services provided at Black Bella Spa & Wellness Center are provided by trained & experienced professionals. We specialize in results. ALL of our spa services are safe and non-invasive. We offer natural and FDA approved treatment options.

How does Fat & Cellulite Reduction work?

Non-invasive technologies and/or manual methods break down fat cells and stimulate circulation to change the appearance of dimpled skin and unwanted fat deposits. Post Care For Fat & Cellulite Reduction:

VENUS Bliss Max ™ POST-CARE INSTRUCTIONS

What to expect post treatment... Straight after your treatment, the area may look a little flushed and feel tender. You might experience a little bit of swelling in the treatment area. These are normal post treatment results and generally resolve themselves within 24 hours of your treatment.

The tenderness may take up to two weeks to resolve but it should be mild enough to not interfere with your daily activities.

After care instructions: There is no downtime and no physical restrictions that you need to worry about. You are able to resume your regular daily activities immediately after completing a Venus Bliss™ treatment. After your treatment, we advise you to do the following to enhance your treatment results:

Massage the treatment area After your treatment, we advise you to massage the area for 5-10 minutes, one to two times per day. You should continue this routine for 3-4 days post-treatment.

Exercise and Drink Water We encourage you to drink plenty of water and to exercise as soon as possible after your treatment. This will help to boost your treatment's results.

Maintain a healthy lifestyle For the best treatment outcome, ensure that you maintain a healthy diet and active lifestyle throughout the course of your treatment.

VENUS Legacy ™ POST-CARE INSTRUCTIONS

DAY 1-7:

The healing time for any given treatment varies between different clients. The following represents the general recovery phases you might expect. Individual clients may experience variations from this course. Swelling of your wrinkles occurs immediately. It is possible for clients to have their under eye area swollen for the first day, but this swelling will subside. There will be redness and very minimal warm emanating from the area for the first 3 hours. You should notify us if you experience pain that is severe or excessive, as this is unusual. Bruising is not at all common, but let us know if this occurs.

Activity:

Post redness is mild, and you may return to regular activities immediately. Movement is encouraged. Do not apply ice or cooling compresses as the heat response is the body’s

natural healing response. Do not apply focused heat, sauna or hot topicals.

Moisturizer:

Moisturizer may be applied immediately after each treatment, and then should be applied regularly throughout the course of the treatment.

Make-up:

Can be applied immediately after the treatments. It is important that you remove all make up that is applied to the skin prior to treatment and each night. Do not sleep with make up on the treated areas.

Swelling/Discomfort/Redness:

You should notify us if you experience pain that is severe or excessive, as this is unusual.

Sun Avoidance:

Sun avoidance should become a permanent component of your long-term skin care program.

Always use an SPF 30or greater even on a cloudy day and/or when inside.

Long-term Skin Care:

In addition to sun avoidance, we suggest all clients use long-term skin care that will optimize the youthful, rejuvenated appearance you have achieved. We offer clients a program for long- term maintenance of your facial skin. This unique program offers state-of-the-art rejuvenating products & ingredients that are only available and administered by our medical team.

HOME REGIME:

To enhance the results of the treatments, it’s recommended to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Gaining weight during the treatments could compromise the end results.

LipoHifu - Fat Reduction

What to DO:

Hydrate Well: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help your body flush out broken-down fat cells and toxins.

Encourage Movement: Light activity such as walking, stretching, or yoga supports lymphatic drainage and enhances results.

Eat Alkalized Foods: Focus on a diet rich in leafy greens, fruits, and vegetables to reduce acidity and promote detoxification.

Detox Support: Herbal teas, clean eating, and consistent hydration help your body process and eliminate waste.

What to AVOID:

Direct Sun & Tanning: Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, or excessive heat for at least 72 hours.

Alcohol & Caffeine: Limit dehydrating beverages for the first 24 hours to support detox and hydration.

Overexertion: Intense exercise immediately after treatment is not recommended; opt for gentle movement first.

What to DO:

Encourage Movement: Light activity (walking, stretching) helps stimulate lymphatic drainage and supports fat breakdown.

Exercise: Incorporate regular workouts after and between treatments to maximize results.

Compression Garment: Wear a compression garment for 3–4 hours, at least 3 days each week to enhance contouring and support your body’s healing.

Hydrate Well: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to flush out broken-down fat cells and toxins.

What to AVOID:

Alcohol & Caffeine: Avoid dehydrating beverages for at least 24 hours post-treatment.

Hot Baths or Saunas: Skip for 24 hours as your body is already processing waste from the treatment.

Overexertion: Gentle activity is encouraged, but avoid extremely intense exercise immediately after treatment.

What to DO:

Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before and after your session to support detoxification and muscle recovery.

What to AVOID:

Muscle Overuse: Do not work (exercise or strain) the muscle area treated for at least 72 hours post-session. This allows the muscle to rest and adapt for optimal results.

What to DO:
