NO! None of the services are painful at Black Bella Spa & Wellness center. We use modern spa equipment to provide you with amazing results that you deserve and desire.

All services provided at Black Bella Spa & Wellness Center are provided by trained & experienced professionals. We specialize in results. ALL of our spa services are safe and non-invasive and relaxing.

These are three separate therapies. Book one or all three on the nest page. Water therapy, salt therapy, and sauna heat cleanse, rejuvenate, and refresh the body.

Sauna Therapy- Sauna benefits include easing pain, reducing stress, and improving cardiovascular health. Sweating has long been used as a healthy weight loss therapy.

Salt Room Therapy-Salt room therapy, also known as halotherapy, is a natural treatment that involves breathing in air filled with finely dispersed salt particles. This is typically done at the Black Bella Spa in our salt room. 

The salt particles have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal properties that can help with respiratory and skin conditions.  Salt therapy is great for overall wellness.

Water Therapy- Vichy shower, also known as an affusion shower, is a type of hydrotherapy treatment used at Black Bella Spa & Wellness Center. It involves lying on a shallow, wet table while large quantities of warm water are poured over the body from a horizontal bar with multiple shower heads. The treatment is designed to simulate the feeling of floating on water and offer various benefits like relaxation, improved circulation, and detoxification.
