WHAT YOU GET:

• 1-60 MINUTE MASSAGE A MONTH (1 TOTAL MONTHLY)

HOW IT WORKS:

Pay for a monthly subscription to Black Bella Spa & Wellness Membership Skin Care Service. Your payment card will be charged MONTHLY. You will be sent appointment links to set your preferred date and time, and a receipt in your email. We will remind you via text & email to come to your appointment.

THE DETAILS:

• No long term contracts. Cancel monthly subscription at any time. Simply contact us and ask to end your subscription via email (this will create an official time of cancellation).

• If you choose to cancel please do so before your next payment. Refunds will not be made on unused or previous month service fees.

• Missed appointments can not be redeemed at a later date. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you do a "no show" or "cancellation" you will have to pay a small fee to get your session back. Please be there for your appointments or reschedule in advance with no penalty.

• Your card will be charged on the monthly anniversary date of your original payment. Contact us for any payment card updates.

LATE POLICY

Please come early to check in to your appointment. We can only accommodate your appointment if you are under 10 minutes late. We consider the spa a place of relaxation and excellent service. Expect your appointment to start on time. If you are more then 10 minutes late we may have consider your appointment cancelled.

RESCHEDULE POLICY

If you are unable to make your appointment please reschedule 24 hours before your appointment start time. Please use the reschedule link provided in your email after purchase. When the re-schedule time period is closed the reschedule link is deactivated and reschedule will no longer be possible and your session will be lost.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:

Your spa experience, time, and treatments are reserved especially for you. We love our clients and respect our service professionals. Because our service professionals prepare for you in advance, we will not accommodate cancellation or no shows with a refund or reschedule date. All sales are final. This Means that if you do not show up or you cancel we will not provide a refund.
