HOW IT WORKS:

Pay for multiple sessions at one time and enjoy a discount on Black Bella Spa & Wellness Venus Bliss. Pay upfront, your payment card will be charged and you will be sent an appointment link, and a receipt in your email. Select your appointment time and date. We will remind you via text & email to come to your appointment.

THE DETAILS:

No long term contracts. Pay upfront for what you want with discounted pricing. Book WHEN you want.  Prepaid treatments are not refundable. All sales are final.

Scheduled Missed or NO-SHOW or CANCELLED appointments can not be redeemed again at a later date. Use your appointments at your leisure. Rescheduling is allowed with 24 hours notice. Simply reschedule by calling in or use the reschedule link provided in your text and email reminders.

Late Policy

Please come early to check in to your appointment. We can only accommodate your appointment if you are under 10 minutes late. We consider the spa a place of relaxation and excellent service. Expect your appointment to start on time. If you are more then 10 minutes late we may have consider your appointment cancelled.

Reschedule Policy

If you are unable to make your appointment please reschedule 24 hours before your appointment start time. Please use the reschedule link provided in your email after purchase. When the re-schedule time period is closed the reschedule link is deactivated and reschedule will no longer be possible and your session will be lost.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Your spa experience, time, and treatments are reserved especially for you. We love our clients and respect our service professionals. Because our service professionals prepare for you in advance, we will not accommodate cancellation or no shows with a refund or reschedule date. All sales are final. This Means that if you do not show up or you cancel we will not provide a refund.
