Spa Service Returns & Refunds:
Spa Services are non returnable, non refundable & non transferable. No exceptions. If you fail to show up for your appointment for any reason, or you show up more than 20 minutes late you have forfeited your appointment and will not be issued a refund or reschedule. We allow rescheduling 24 hours before your appointment time and you can reschedule as many times as you wish.
How we solve problems:
At Black Bella Spa we love and respect our clients and service professionals. If you have a problem that needs to be addressed outside of our written and posted policies please contact us immediately for a fast and fair resolution.
What happens if my card is charged incorrectly.
Because the world is not perfect, unexpected charges happen due to computer mistakes etc. Please contact the spa to resolve any payment problems that are outside of our written and posted policies.
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Your spa experience, time, and treatments are reserved especially for you.
We love our clients and respect our service professionals.
Because our service professionals prepare for you in advance, we will not accommodate cancellation or no shows with a refund or reschedule. All sales are final.
Reschedule Policy:
If you are unable to make your appointment please reschedule 24 hours before your appointment start time. Please use the reschedule link provided in email. When the re-schedule time period is closed the reschedule link is deactivated.
About Friends & Family
We are looking forward to serving you. For safety & tranquility, we strictly prohibit children and adults that are not receiving services from waiting inside the spa while you are being treated. Please respect the peace of the spa and come to your service alone.
Late Clients:
If you miss your appointment or arrive more than 20 minutes late we will not be able to serve you. Spa services are not refundable. You must schedule again & pay again.
What if I begin a "charge back to avoid paying for services" ?
When you agree to have spa services performed and make a payment; you are financially obligated to pay for your service even if you do not show up. Our service professionals have prepared and partitioned time exclusively for you. When you book a spa service with Black Bella Spa, you understand and agree that you will comply with all policies.
Sometimes, (very rarely) we encounter clients that knowingly and willfully attempt to commit fraud by accepting spa services and not paying for them. Please know that we at Black Bella Spa take "theft of services" very seriously. If we find or suspect this to be true of any of our clients, we will (and do) prosecute violators to the full extent of the law both criminally and civilly. You will also be responsible for any court costs or legal fees associated with fraud based prosecution & recovery.
RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS & PURCHASES:
No cash refunds. We will extend a store credit on most items. Original receipt is required. Return authorization is at the discretion of spa ownership.
We are delighted to welcome returns and exchanges on brand new unopened or unused products purchased within 5 days of purchase. If applicable we will provide store credit only.
NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF PERSONAL CARE MERCHANDISE:
Per health and hygiene purposes Body Sculpting Machines, Shape wear / Personal care / Undergarments & Body Jewelry cannot be accepted as return or exchange; unless there is a manufacturing defect. Defective items are subject to manufactures' review and approval. Contact our team for a Return Authorization Number if defects are present.
GIFT CARDS:
Black Bella Spa®️ & Black Bella DC®️ Gift Card purchases are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. Value does not expire, reduce or change for 60 months until redeemed.
Value may be used for products or services at Black Bella Spa and/or Black Bella Spa. Sales Tax will be added to all product purchases. NO CASH VALUE. Non-Replaceable, Non-Transferable, Valid at Black Bella Spa®️ & Black Bella DC®️ only.
TRANSFERING YOUR PAID SERVICE TO ANOTHER PERSON:
Services can not be transferred to another person. Packages and treatments are non-transferable if you are not able to attend.
GROUPON:
Missed Groupon appointments we be accounted for as "service rendered" once voucher is marked redeemed.
PACKAGES OR MULTI SESSION SERVICES THAT ARE MISSED DUE TO SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES:
Missed prepaid or package sessions will be forfeited and/or billed a $100 Cancellation Fee. Must speak with spa manager to redeem sessions.
